This is a rare coffee that just works light or dark. As espresso, its rich and round like a stack of sweet maple pancakes. Smooth, buttery, and just as good black as it is with milk. As filter, it opens up with juicy red fruit and a Cherry Ripe style acidity. Sweet, bright, and seriously well balanced.
